These first two are my all time favs:
Wind and Waves by HeroOfTheCastleOfMarble. James/Lily, AU, amazing. Pirates meet HP sort of deal. It has a sequel, and it's my ABSOLUTE favorite fanfic.
What I think is a masterpiece: Kissed by Magic by healerchic !! (I can't find the link anymore... which is a shame because it really is brilliant. I remember it being one of the few that completely sucks me in and has every element in it... if anybody finds it, let me know! and it's Lily/James...

A Rival From The Future by Sky's Teardrops; it's about Harry traveling to the Marauder's era... but the best one. haha. Don't let me sway you... really. But give it a shot, it's amazing!!

Sole Survivor by IronDoormat; Draco/Hermione. Funny, romantic, adventurous, a dash of everything!
Strawberry (various couples/characters) by Heptagon... actually all of this author's. I enjoy reading them so much!

Under jazzygeorgie read Cresent Moon, Dragon Tears, and Dragon Tears: the Next Generation... Romance, comedy, epic, Draco/Ginny and other couples.
Under Live For The World read all of them; especially You Know You Read Too Much HP When and Things To Never Say To Voldy If you're a true HP fan, you will relate!!
